COVID NOTES!

  • please to not attend lessons if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness or have been in close contact with anyone who has been ill OR been out of the country in the past 14 days​​

  • be aware that masks are not currently required to attend, but may become a requirement at any point

  • lessons missed or cancelled due to COVID precautions will be credited!

INTRO LESSONS

if you've ever wanted to try bouldering, this is the perfect opportunity

  • 1hr long lesson including

    • facility orientation

    • route (boulder problem) explanation

    • basic body positioning and foot placement

    • basic route sequencing

    • gym etiquette

    • time to explore and practice

  • 2 week sample membership included to test out the gym and get hooked on the best sport in the world!

  • small groups of 3-6 participants only!

  • separate dates/times may be available if booking a family or "bubble" of 4 or more!

  • special rates available if booking family intros of 3+ people!

TECHNIQUE LESSONS

do you love climbing, but feel like you've hit a wall?

do you want to learn to move more efficiently?

are you new to climbing and want to build the right habits?

we have just the thing - technique lessons geared towards different levels of progression

1.5hr group lesson

$10 members/$25 non-members

*all lessons will be small groups of 4-6*

*separate dates/times may be available if booking a family or "bubble" of 4 or more!*

LEVEL 1 -basic footwork and body awareness

  • when, where, and how to place your feet for most situations

  • balance and base of support 

  • different body positions and their do's/don'ts

  • route-reading and sequencing

LEVEL 2 -advanced body positioning

  • the many mysteries of flagging

  • saving energy on the steeps

  • movement initiation

LEVEL 3 -advanced footwork and dynamic movement

  • all the fun(ky) stuff!

  • heel hooks, toe hooks, drop knees, knee bars

  • deadpoints and dynos - what, when, why, and how
