  • 2hr long lesson includes

    • facility orientation

    • gym safety, etiquette, & lingo

    • route (boulder problem) explanation

    • hold styles and grips

    • basic body positioning and foot placement

    • basic route sequencing

    • time to explore and practice

    • rental shoes & chalk if needed

  • 2 week sample membership included to test out the gym and get hooked on the best sport in the world!

  • small groups of 3-6 participants only!

  • separate dates/times may be available if booking a group of 3 or more!

TECHNIQUE LESSONS

do you love climbing, but feel like you've hit a wall?

do you want to learn to move more efficiently?

are you new to climbing and want to build the right habits?

we have just the thing -

technique lessons geared towards different levels of progression

1.5hr group lesson

$10 members/$25 non-members

*small groups of 4-8*

LEVEL 1 -the basics

  • finding balance

  • moving your body

  • arms, legs, and in between

  • when, where, and how to place your feet

  • route-reading and sequencing

LEVEL 2 -advanced body positioning

  • creating balance

  • the many mysteries of flagging

  • movement initiation and follow through

  • energy conservation

  • using the wall

LEVEL 3 -advanced footwork and dynamic movement

  • all the fun(ky) stuff!

  • heel hooks, toe hooks, drop knees, knee bars

  • getting jumpy - deadpoints and dynos

FLUX SENDING SCHOOL
